How do limited edition releases work?
Most of our vinyl releases are strictly limited runs. Once the pre-order quantity is reached or the timer expires, the record will not be repressed in that specific format again.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping dates are listed on each product page. As many of our items are pre-orders, they are shipped once the manufacturing process is complete, which typically takes 12-16 weeks from the sale date.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can update your shipping address at any time before your order enters the fulfillment stage by contacting our support team with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our exclusive pressings worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your record arrives damaged or warped, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Are the records hand-numbered?
Many of our releases feature hand-numbering or unique holographic stickers to verify their place in the limited run. Check the specific product description for details on each release.
